Product Description
This Non-woven Cap Making Machine is a special equipment of fully automatic production of PP non-woven caps. The whole process of raw material feeding, forming, shaping and cutting is automatically finished at one time with high speed. It adopts the ultrasonic welding and cutting one-time molding. By changing the spare parts, it could produce caps of different sizes.
We shall attach Instruction CD (English subtitle) and several rolls of non-woven fabrics for your debugging.
Operation Process
1 . Adjust the raw material' S feeder to the standard place and make adjustment of the Swelling device.
2. Guiding the raw material to the welding device through the edging-device by manual.
3. Feeding the ealstic ear ring to the ultrasonic device and it shouldn't rebound.
4. Switch on the ultrasonic welding device
5. Switch on the main motor and then conveying to the last welder and cutting off by the inner blade.

Attention
1. Switch on the ultrasonic welding machine and then switch on the main motor, for avoiding ultrasonic welder broken by overload.
2. The pressing wheel's force should be medium. Ifit is too large, the ultrasonic device will be burnt out. To the opposite, it can't be pressed fiormly.
3. The force for pulling the elastic ear ring on both sides should be balanced, otherwise it can't be folded well.
