Description:
Manually place face mask pieces in the box of conveyor belt. The elastic on both ends of face masks will automatically convey and cut. The welding is form and spot piece equipment is finished once.

Characteristics:
We adopt the international advanced technology for this machine, the AL Bar transported by feed cam, the length of the AL Bar can be adjust freely. It also can be added double AL Bars if necessary. And the machine is low power consumption and much lighter.
Technical Process:
Shell fabrics feeding
Melt-blown fabrics feeding----Edging--Aluminum Nose/Plastic nose
Base fabric feeding
Clip Feeding--Ultrasonic welding --Shaping--Seaming--Cutting
Operating Procedure:
1. Put materials on the feeder (Feeding roller) and then guiding to the device by manual
2. Adjust the place of feeders
3. Switch on the main motor and ultrasonic device.
4. Then checking the edging place is OK or not first
5. Adjust the placing location of Aluminum nose clip, in order to make it synchronously with the welding mould.
6. Checking whether the shaping roller can meet the requirements of the normal production.
7. Adjust the pressure of the roller properly, which makes the face mask can be welded firmly and tightly
8. Adjust the cutter'S place, which makes cutting in right place
Repair and Maintenance:
1. Checking main part regularly. If there is any problem of the bearing, please add medium lubricating oil for keeping normal statues.
2. Checking the worn statues of the welding roller and adjust the pressure properly and making the pressure minimum when make welding.
3. Checking the material feeder regularly for meeting production requirements
4. Cutter's fore should be proper, otherwise it will be easily worn and broken.
After-sale Services:
1. How long is your machine's warranty period?
All our machine have one year guarantee, starting from finished installation.
2. How could we do if the parts broken within warranty?
We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty date.
3. Do you provide machine installation training?
We shall attach Instruction CD of specific installation process for your reference. Charged on-site technical service is also provided.
